What was once a boring GK pub in the Hatton Garden area is now (as of June 2011) the Craft Beer Co., from the people behind Cask. There are 16 handpulls alone, not to mention keg and bottled beers. I am looking for average prices for craft beer that the bar would be paying the distributor. From your everyday (sierra, dogfish) to the more rare stuff. I also need to know prices for each form, sixtel, half keg, 6 pack, 4 pack, 750ml bottle, etc.

You are almost asking for the impossible. It would depend on where you are located, product availability, and the reorder rate. Also, bars would not be ordering 4/6packs, they would be case rates.

For example:

A small bar in Farmville, USA that gets 4 kegs and 20 cases of beer once a week will not get the same price break as a popular bar/club in Chicago that orders 6 kegs and 75 cases 3 times per week.
